Like the best of success stories, it started with a simple dream and idea. The Travel Center was established in 1982 at the Mid Valley Chamber of Commerce Building by Chris Morse. Chris wanted to provide quality information and affordable travel arrangements for local residents, friends, and corporations who wanted to see the world. Chris wanted to build a business that provided the highest levels of customer service and true value.
Chris also wanted to help a woman who had left the travel business to raise a family. Chris started the first HOME based travel agent network in the US using this special workforce. Today HOME based agents book over 53% of all travel booked throughout the world!
Today that commitment to quality and affordability has won awards from his peers and customers for the past 25 years. Today, The Travel Center / Corporate Travel is made up of several divisions dedicated to providing value and dependability to tens of thousands of travelers each year. Chris and The Travel Center specializes in Hawaii, Mexico, Europe, Las Vegas and the Caribbean. Chris has been on over 79 cruises and is a cruise expert.
