OASIS is the Independent Contractor division of Smart Travel Group which is located in Boca Raton, Florida.

Since its formation in 1987 as a full-service retail travel agency under the name of Palm Coast Travel, Smart Travel Group has become a leading travel agency in the State of Florida and a major seller of cruises in the United States.

We maintain appointments with the International Airlines Travel Agents Network (IATAN) and the Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC), and have since 1987. These two organizations set very stringent financial standards and bonding requirements for their appointed travel agents. Palm Coast Travel has obtained an exemption from the State of Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services and is not required to register annually as a Seller of Travel pursuant to Florida Statute 559.935(2)(a).

We are an affiliate of the Cruise Line International Association (CLIA). CLIA works in partnership with nearly 17,000 affiliated travel agencies to ensure the highest caliber of cruise sales expertise and service for cruise passengers. We are also affiliated with NACTA (National Association of Career Travel Agents) and OSSN (Outside Sales Support Network).

An independent travel agent that works with us can be assured that we receive the highest cruise and land supplier commissions paid in the industry.
