With Cruises Inc., your commissions are paid to you bi-weekly. Not only are you able to earn commission on the sales of cruise vacations, but you can also earn additional revenue on a wide range of travel products.

In-Depth Initial Training
We feel that your training experience is the key to your success, and we pride ourselves on offering the very best the industry has to offer. Our expert training team educates you on the core components of the travel business while focusing on operational tools to ensure your success. Plus, with our flexible training options, your schedule and priorities won’t be interrupted.

1. Classroom Training
An in-person, two-day training at our state-of-the-art Learning Center located in our Fort Lauderdale, Florida World Headquarters is followed by a cruise ship tour in Fort Lauderdale or Miami.
2. Virtual Training
An all-encompassing virtual training program that is instructor-led takes place Thursday-Friday, and is completed 100% online.
3. Saturday-Series Virtual Training
A two-part series held on consecutive Saturdays is an instructor-led Virtual Training, and is completed 100% online.

Continuous Education & Coaching
The Learning Center at Cruises Inc. is an on-demand web-based continuing education tool that offers 400+ self-paced courses. Plus, through live weekly webinars, we guide you through those pivotal first steps in getting started. In addition, we provide monthly webinars with cruise line executives and personnel to discuss the latest and greatest happenings within their organizations and the industry as a whole.

Fast-Track Program
FAST TRACK starts before your initial training, and continues for 180 days with over 50 free and low-cost marketing ideas, coaching and tips. This program helps you kick-start your business with easy to follow tips.

Certification Program
You have the opportunity to earn a multitude of travel and sales related certifications designed to help you increase your sales performance though our online university style setting.

Regional Conferences & National Conference
As part of our commitment to continuing education, we provide Regional Training opportunities throughout the nation that are held several times a year. These 2-3 day seminars provide both HQ and supplier training, and many times include cruise ship inspections. There are many Seminar@Sea possibilities that will make choosing just one a tough decision.

We have hosted our National Conference at Sea since 1995, onboard the industry’s best ships, showcasing some of the newest trends and insights, truly making this a remarkable experience. This is the perfect opportunity to meet with other Agents, network with cruise line executives and get face time with your headquarters team. We have general sessions, keynote speakers, workshops, tradeshows and many other sessions.
